I absolutely love going to Boots in Castle Mall Norwich for my eye checks. The staff there are always so helpful and kind. The whole process was quick, thorough and I felt very reassured. I particularly liked that there was no awful hard sell and I was allowed and encouraged to make up my own mind what I wanted to do next. My optometrist was called Ian and he was fab.
