I had to call several times because nobody answers the phone, even if you just leave it ringing. This happens every time I try to contact Boots Opticians Castle Mall, not just on this one occasion. There was a waste of time at the end of the appointment where the optometrist asked me to take a seat and I waited for another member of staff to come over to give me my prescription in a cardboard folder and ask me if I have any questions. I felt like I was handed from person to person rather a lot. I do, however, find the staff very friendly, polite, professional and thorough. I trust what the optometrists tell me and feel I receive good care here. There are always a large number of staff around to help.
