Better than my last experience when I was told I was illegal to drive and needed to wear glasses 80% of the time. I felt the Optometrist listened to me and addressed my needs and concerns, rather than trying to push me to consider eyewear I would never use or benefit hugely from. However, he did mention contact lenses and sunglasses. Are your staff encouraged to always push for a sale?
