I mentioned the mistyness I was experiencing with my contact lenses but was not given a satisfactory explanation as to why this was happening. I felt the lady conducting my contact lenses check was quite rude when we established my records were held at another Boots branch even though i had never been told that they were not transferrable. All in all i am considering transferring to an independent supplier which will hopefully provide a more personal service.
