Excellent service without the hard sell sometimes found in other Opticians chain. Everything was fully explained, I had the opportunity to ask questions and was given clear easy to understand responses. Prices are very competitive and staff are very knowledgeable and ready to give information. The staff are very courteous and welcoming. Melvin and his colleagues offer a superb service.

Having been on holiday in Eastbourne and broke my glass frame, I visited Boots in Arndale centre and was greeted by a very nice young lady called Amy who tried to help as much as she could. She referred me to David the Optometrist who searched the shop for a pair of frames to fit my lenses. He did in fact find a pair, fitted my lenses and made a few adjustments for a perfect fit. I would like to say a very big thank you to Amy and David for the kind assistance.

Had looked around Eastbourne for new glasses and last port of call was Boots in the large main Boots. Saw glasses I liked the a lady called Caroline took us to a desk to discuss options. She gave us clear options of what she could do and suggested other options we might wish to take. So would fully recommend Boots for a wide selection of frames.

As my wife was well pleased with her experience at boots and we had for the last two years wasn't to happy where we went as our lovely optician had retired we thought we would try boots and were so satisfied ,my sight was. So different from the last prescription and I will definitely benefit from this with my new glasses.very thorough thankyou .

I didn't have my eye test here,but will do in future. I was helped by 2 great members of staff-Emma who is on dispense and James on collection. They were both very helpful and I will now change from my usual place that I buy my spectacles from to here as the customer care was outstanding-many thanks. Kim Mckenzie
