I have had my records lost. No delivery to correct address.still ongoing to get correct colour lenses. Even advisors ate saying it's not good something must be done. Yesterday the optometrists did not exactly know what was going green on had to get up and show her. Again no success now wl get trial contacts at home. Now looking to order in South Africa. Not had a delivery since may 2015 as change of address was another muddle. I am still patient as been a long term customer. I have stopped direct debitsubscriber as I have 18 months worth of wring contacts in my local boots. Once it's sorted I will go quitely. I have been however promisedue a refund...not a solution if I need my contacts to see. The use of paper records has messed up my eye care and if the July notes cannot be located, where is my personal data? It's not been found. Would be quicker to get all my refund and buy in South Africa as they promised swift delivery!
