Booking the appointment was difficult due to lack of availability at the times I needed (after school so that my daughters' eyes could also be tested). Caroline was very helpful in ordering trial lenses and arranging to have them posted out to me after my follow up appointment was cancelled due to the optometrist being ill and then later, ordering further supplies of lenses when the Contact Lens scheme hadn't sorted out my amended prescription correctly. Caroline ensured that adequate instructions were left for her colleagues to ensure I was telephoned when the further supplies arrived as she knew she would be on annual leave and I now have sufficient lenses to keep me going until my new Scheme ones arrive - thank you very much Caroline :)
