Everyone was so friendly and professional throughout the whole process. It was so scary wearing contact lenses for the first time but they made it all so easy and were so patient with me as well. I was offered as many lessons as I want in order to become confident fitting them in and taking them out. I was ever so grateful.

I was seen promptly which was really good. Caroline was an excellent example of what great customer service is all about. I was made to feel welcome and reassured every step of the way. Steve the Optometrist was great too, giving me all the relevant information and no hard sell about what my options for contact lens wear are. So the trust and reliability of information here is very good. There should be more customer service experiences like this, highly recommend coming here.
