When I first got my new glasses in November, I had to return about 6 times to get the fitting right. None of the assistants physically checked the fitting, just made an alteration and asked me if it was alright. It wasn't until I left the shop and had worn them for a while that I realised they weren't. When I went back again just before Christmas I also noticed a fault in the glass of one of the lenses, and they had to be sent back for replacement . I have just picked up the new pair. The assistant did check the fitting this time and said to go back if I have any problems. Still trying to get used to them.
