I arrived 5 minutes early for my appointment and was told to wait in the waiting area - then waited for 25 minutes before anyone called me. No explanation was given why I had to wait that length of time and no apology was offered. Customer service could be improved!

What super service! So friendly and helpful. Katie was most friendly despite the cold. And the Optometrist was so thorough- he spent a good amount of time really examining me.
