I recently visited the Boots Opticians in Chesterfield, and I could not recommend the service provided more highly. I was attended by a young lady called Mollie who was fantastic; she was very professional and informative but friendly and chatty as well, I'm sure she makes all her customers feel very at ease. The optometrist (I'm afraid I forgot the gentlemans' name) was absolutely superb, and I say this because it is the first time I've had my eyesight explained to me whilst undergoing an eye test; for example, when I struggled to read a line on the chart, he mentioned that it requires 20-20 vision to read. Additionally, he would show me the photograph of my eyes and explained why they were healthy. Overall, both Mollie and the optometrist were brilliant and I highly recommend Boots opticians

Tried contact lense trial and Caroline was excellent. She put me at ease and made me relaxed. Did not feel pressured to rush. Very helpful

Very thorough examination, very good service from all the staff. Special mention for Lauren who was very helpful, conducted the initial tests and afterwards helped me to choose a lovely pair of glasses.
