The optometrist was very thorough and diagnosed me with an eye condition Blepharitis. He explained what it was and advised me on products to treat it. Having chose my spectacles, I was helped by a trainee advisor who was extremely thorough and she sought help from experienced staff to ensure everything was completed. Overall the service was high quality and I wasn't rushed on any decisions I had to make. Great offers too.
