Caroline and Paul provided an exceptional service. They were friendly and took time to explain everything. They listened to what I had to say regarding my sight needs and provided a service based on my needs.
I have been a glasses / contact lens wearer for over 40 years. I tried Boots about 10 years ago and found the service terrible so I never used them again until now. However Paul and Caroline have restored my faith in using Boots the Opticians with their excellent customer service.
