On arriving in the store we were dealt with by Jade - she was polite, helpful and very pleasant. Nothing was too much trouble, certainly an asset to your Company. Both my husband and I were dealt with in a professional manner by the Optometrists who we saw - Alice and Mark. Everything was explained in detail and we will certainly use Boots Opticians in the future.

Lovely, informative and friendly staff all the way through from the telephone conversation to make the appointment until my contact lense trial.
