The Optometrist was a female and I felt very comfortable with her and wish there were more females in this position. During an eye examination the Optometrist gets quite close and as a female myself can feel bit uncomfortable if a male is testing me. The Optometrist explained the photo I had to see behind the eye and answered any concerns I had. I was also advised my current lenses were adequate for another two years but I had a prescription for just reading lenses for close work like sewing, reading and electronic tablet work. With this advice I felt I was not prescribed unnecessary glasses.

I had a short notice appointment and was dealt with straight away brilliantly by the staff who refered me to the hospital sorting out my adominion emediatly. Can't thank them enough they were fantastic. Actually much better patient care than I received at the hospital. If possibe please pass this message on to the staff involved
