I was very impressed with my Optician, Paul, who took time to listen to me and thoroughly checked my eyes and explained everything really well. He was thorough and professional and I was extremely happy with my experience. Melanie is a credit to Boots at Chesterfield too. Thoroughly professional, very caring and explained everything to perfection. Nothing is too much trouble for her and she makes you feel at ease - you can tell that she has years experience in the job and yet she still has passion and commitment to caring for customers.
