On 22/08/17 I attended an appointment for my 6 year old son and were looked after firstly by Caroline who were absolutely fantastic with my son and explained everything in great detail (that he would understand at his young age) she made all the tests she did fun and exciting for him. She really were very lovely and welcoming through out our appointment with her. She then passed us on to the optometrist Alice who again were very welcoming and kind with my son. She made the tests fun and used language my son could easily understand and talked to him not over his head to me which I loved and we left with every question fully answered. We had a really good experience and my son has further treatment this weekend with them and he's very happy to be going back and so am I. I got recommend boots opticians by my mother-in-law and I'm so glad of that recommendation. Thank you to the members of staff we meet on Saturday for making my sons 1st eye test and good experience.
