I have a lot of problems regarding the fit ie allergies etc but the staff at Boots always sorted me out with titanium nose pieces and I am okay with them but I can't praise the staff enough for their patience and persistence to help me out . Today it was Paris and Leanne but they are all brilliant I think it would be good idea for staff to be trained on allergies that can effect people who wear specs as until a solution is sourced it can be very upsetting for the wearer who can feel that it's them. Boots Chesterfield have always made me feel special and that I must always go back if I have problems. Big thankyou
