Katie (can't remember her surname initial - D?) was absolutely fantastic - she made me feel at ease by explaining everything clearly and professionally whilst always maintaining a professional demeanour. She then upped her game even further when my family joined me to help select glasses, adopting the role of childminder to provide me and my partner with plenty of time to select the right frames. I honestly cannot praise her enough (and my daughters are still talking about her!) I hope you realise what an asset she is to your company, and wish her all the best for the future.
