The staff were very helpful - they made some modifications to my existing frames which were slightly out of line. They did not charge for this. Everything was free as I did not have to change my prescription and the eye test was free for the first time as I am now over 60. The staff treated me exactly the same as anybody else who was paying for the service. I got an appointment fairly easily and when I arrived five minutes early I was taken straight away to do the preliminary tests. There was hardly any waiting time at all during the entire procedure.
