Attend your branch in St Pauls London, the service was exceptional from every member of staff. They were patient, explain things carefully, gave honest opions on glasses selected. The glasses we selected are lovely and look forward to collection. I would recomment the branch for a customer service award.

I was not made welcome on arrival. Unfriendly and rather grudging 'can I help you' by someone who walked past me when I came into the branch - no one on the reception. She logged me in without any interest and told me to sit down. I was then ignored for over 15 mins - 15 mins after my appointment time - I asked another staff member how long I would have to wait and he took me straight to the optician who had been free and apparently didn't know I was waiting. My time is precious to me and I am an extremely busy professional person. I am also a longstanding client of this branch. I do feel undervalued by the practice and have now spent 165 pounds on new lenses.
