The staff were all very friendly. We did have a comical moment when the staff thought i was another customer but it was handled well and in professional way. We laughed in the end.

It was the aftersales that I wasn't happy with. I wasn't allowed to take my prescription with me and I felt I was constantly being upsold extra lenses, products etc in quite a pushy way.
