I was late to the appointment, but the staff still made sure I was seen quickly, which I hugely appreciated. George and the team there were brilliant nd made the whole process really smooth. I was given plenty of good advice as well.

I would like to let you know that for many years that I have being going to an optician, this is the very first time that I came out from my appointment very very satisfied. The optometrist named Niraj was extremely knowledgeable. Not only did he tell me what the issue was but he also gave me useful advice to minimise the problem. He has excellent mannerism also. I came with my 7 years daughter who was a bit nervous but I could see how reassuring he was. The other team members well also very professional, friendly, welcoming. They were patient, available and assisted me well to chose our frames. So Guy's (Niraj, Jean-Paul, Dilara, Aisha) thank you so much....and I am definitely coming back.
