I felt the service was very good with no complaints. I especially appreciated the honesty of the optometrist - he quite easily could have told me to start wearing glasses (which I would have to buy) but instead suggested I seek alternative options first (which if they do not work I can then move to glasses). My only very minor comment was the online booking form crashed first time I used it and there was no obvious advertisement of the cost of an eye test. It was only once I had started it that I was told it would cost £25.

Very friendly and attentive staff from reception through to examination and after. Everyone offered help resolving prior issues had with the centralised contact lens reward scheme and I left feeling all concerns were dealt with.

It was my first eye test and so I wasn't sure what to expect. Both parts of my test were with experts who made me feel comfortable and aware of what was going to happen. I wasn't made to feel bad having never had an eye test in 26 years, but the experience made it clear why it is important to have eye tests every two years. Great work from your team! Thanks
