The staff is very friendly, I really enjoyed the consultation and then I struggled to put the contact lenses, I went to 3-4 teaching sessions with 2 different people, they were both very patient, friendly and very supportive Thanks a lot for the help, really appreciate it!

This is the best eye appointment I've had at a range of opticians. All the staff were friendly and helpful, George the Optometrist was clear, helpful, answered all my questions, was easy to understand and incredibly encouraging and lovely to be with. He explained everything he was doing, how I might want to manage my eyesight challenges (reading and distance glasses, etc). Can't speak highly enough of him. The person I was referred to (whose name I can't remember) was friendly and I am looking forward to going back for my dispensing appointment.
