Customer service by Jean Paul was outstanding - this is consistently the case each time I visit the branch. Optometrist was also very personable and helpful.

The whole process for making the appointment through to the examination was painless and easy. The examination was very slick and I spent only a few seconds waiting at all. The staff in the Paternoster branch were all extremely polite and helpful.

I was disappointed that I was not able to use the voucher provided by my employer. I have used it 3 times before at Boots for the same kind of lenses. Will not be coming back to Boots opticians.

I did not get the prescription for Glasses but not worried as had more importanet health issues and was given letter to take to A&E
