I was pressured straight into buying glasses that at the time I couldn’t really afford and all I needed at the time was my prescription but I was just sat down and felt forced into buying with out being given any other option

I was cross that immediately after my consultation I was led to the most expensive designer frames first. You should have provided an overall introduction to how the frames were organised and their price points BEFORE me having to point out that "Wow, these frames are expensive"!! and only then being directed to less expensive alternatives.

Very friendly staff. Had to rearrange the appointment a couple of times but doing it online is very quick and easy

Staff friendly but objective of tests were not really explained beforehand. Pre-test computer not working - staff unsure how to fix so I was moved to another floor. Pre-test equipment was hastily cleaned with a dry paper tissue, including machine that comes into contact with face, this is NOT sanitary. Online booking system is awful - no way to select the next available appointment, you have to manually check each day.

Everyone was really helpful and friendly and my eye test ran smoothly. My options were discussed in a clear and accessible manner. Thank you, Anita.
