The optometrist George that saw me on the day was a real gent. It was obvious he had a a wealth of experience and was very reassuring throughout the whole process. The team did have some technical issues on the day, however they worked calmly and efficiently around them to ensure I still got everything I required in time. Great experience.

My experience with Boots Opticians has been consistently terrible. On almost every eye test appointment one item of equipment has been unavailable leaving the test incomplete. My contact lense appointments have been shambolic at best. By way of example on every occasion my patient history could not be located. The follow up is terrible. I initially sought out this optician as it is close to the office but would never use them again.
