Not very organised - couldn't find my records, didn't book my appointment properly, and they made a mistake with my prescription due to it being hand written leading to contact lenses with the incorrect prescription being ordered. Fortunately I noticed, but only after I'd attempted wearing the lenses twice, to a lot of discomfort! However they are very friendly and give good service when you're actually there - I don't understand why they're not using computer systems to avoid mistakes though - it's crazy to still have everything hand written in this day and age.
