I asked for an emergency appointment as I had what I thought was a scratch on my eye. The level of service throughout the whole process was outstanding. It actually felt I was receiving healthcare rather than just a check up. I have an ulcer on my eye which is now being treated and I have a follow up check next week Customer for life
