The eye test was fine. Very professional. But everything else about my experience with Boots was below bar. I dealt with about ten people from booking to lens prescription. My follow up was cancelled. My trial lenses were misplaced. Boots used my office number as a contact without my permission, burdening my colleagues with messages for me. I tried to have this change and the inappropriate use of my number continued (despite having spoken to the manager). Etc.
