What a lovely experience, my son was looked after by Vicky at the fosse park branch. What an assist to your store, she was so friendly and made my son feel very special. I feel the whole team are very nice and I would never go anywhere else. Thank you

After being under the care of Boots for years I have to say this visit was the worst I have experienced ,it took 90 mins in total , nothing was explained to me and came away without a prescription after asking if my eyesight had changed! I think if you are going to have a locum optometrist they need to know what they are doing I sat in the chair for an hour while they 'worked things out '

I particularly want to mention the great service and customer care that I received from Ellen she was very professional indeed! Also to mention Mitchell who is a trainee at Boots Fosse Park but even though he is learning was again professional in his approach and very polite as well. Keep up the good work!
