It was irritating to me that although an ongoing customer I had to spend 10 minutes going through all my information again - where I worked, family history etc .. then on the final dot test the guy asked how I would like to pay? When it was free under the contact lens scheme.. the staff are friendly but you need to get the information on the customer correct so you're not duplicating it .. thanks maggie

Every member of the team was very helpful and friendly. It appeared to be a busy but efficient boots branch, and I had an all round excellent experience. Top marks for customer service.

I went to boots, not knowing what to expect. Nim and Sharma were very helpful and helped me overcome my anxieties. Shama gave me a tremendous amount of help with my contact lenses. She was very patient with me, which enabled me to relax and gain the confidence to fit and remove the lenses. Altogether it was a good experience and I would recommend Boots optician to everyone.
