I've already completed my review, but I'm quite happy to do it again. I've been using Boots at Fosse Park for years, why? because I'm totally satisfied with the service and the way I'm treated. Glasses and contacts's are not cheap or they can be, but for me it's about the total package. One pair of eyes and they need to be looked after. Boots have been looking after mine for more years than I care too remember. Noticeable on my visit, some new equipment which shows commitment to improving the service. However, it's the staff that can ruin the experience but for me Harpreet the Optometrist was great and Ellen also, they get 10 out of 10. Would I go else where? not unless something really major went wrong but it's a two street. Treat people with respect and everything else should drop into place. Thank You Boots Fosse Park for treating me like a person.

The optician was very good and clear. I got an appointment quickly. As has been the case on every visit to boots recently I had to wait. This time the appointment was 30 minutes late. Again there was no apology or explanation. It is just not good enough

I have been a patient of Boots Fosse Park for more years than I care to remember. The good news is that their service for me has just got better and better. The Optometrist Harpreet gets a 10 out of 10 as does Ellen who looked after me from beginning and to the end of my appointment. Lot's of good advice and help when it came choosing my lenses and frames and Ellen went out of her way to ensure that she will be dealing with my when I pick up my glasses. I always enjoy having my eye's tested, it's a pleasure just the way it should be.

I hadn't a great experience, Hamel and Gary got me seen quickly and offered me good advice. I would recommend them.
