Unfortunately my appointment was altered without any notice. The 1st i knew about this was when i had a text reminder 2 days before. Therefore i had to rearrange. I have 2 small children and work for myself so this was very inconvenient. On the day of my appointment i was 20 minutes late being seen and also one piece of equipment wasn't working therefore i need to go back....again!! I didn't then have time to choice new glasses as i need to get back to puck my youngest up from child care. Another visit i could do without.

Farzana Makda was the optician and she was very thorough and explained every part of the process clearly. The gentleman who sorted out my new glasses (Baz) was very helpful and professional and explained all the options available to me.
