I was seen by a lady called Kelly before the optometrist. She was clearly very well trained and made everything very easy to understand. She went through everything step by step without being patronising. She put me at ease explaining every part of the test and why. Her manner was very gentle and she seemed very knowledgeable. Absolutely amazing service.
