Optometrist was very thorough and clear about all tests and information shared. Really helpful and friendly. The whole health check/ testing/ getting the glasses took over an hour which I was a little surprised by but the staff were really friendly and polite. The sales assistant on the other hand was extremely pushy and put me off buying the glasses I originally picked by immediately saying no and telling me they didn't look right.
