I just about walked out was not happy at very long wait my appointment was 2.25 was seen at 3 for tests then seen by optician who said my eyes were perfectly healthy although my distance had changed but said ok but didn't need to change glasses ... I asked about lenses as I wear contacts as I originally asked for lenses and vision check and was told I'd have to book separate appointment. Then opticians told me I needed the pressure test again. I said ok . Then last collected me to do test and said I needed 2 tests ...I said well I've been here over an hour already age was quiet then said well we do say 45 mins for appointments .. which I want told about.... whilst doing pressure test she said look you just need to relax but very patronising manner I said I'd had enough and I was wanted to go she went to get optician who said I needed to sign to say I'd refused but she had already told me I had healthy eyes ... then she said well you could be at risk of glaucoma I was disgusted at the way 2 members of boots opticians had treated and spoken to me and will never want to go back again
