I had a contact lens appointment at the boots in Leicester Fossepark and the contact lens specialist was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was running late for my appointment and tried calling the branch 3 times to let them know but no one picked up. When I got to branch I can see the staff were busy but as a customer it's so frustrating not getting through to a branch - you almost need a staff dedicated to the counter for customer service. Overall I like my branch and the staff who work there - great service.
