Was truly impressed with the whole appointment, such pleasant and caring staff. Me being a very long winded female in choosing frames was given much appreciated help and patience by both assistants but in particular Ellen, who was amusing and so very reassuring without being pushy. Also thankyou to baz who brightened the day!, thankyou to the actual optician also, very caring and the right man for the job I would say. Thankyou boots, made my day enjoyable.
