Booking on line is useless as a shared ipad makes booking a second person very difficult. I was recorded as mr Pauline Pickard , need to be able to log out The field test was the worst ever the screen was blurred and the operator made no effort to sort it out, this test was carried out after i saw the optometrist. The machine used by the optometrist gave me no confidence at all for an eye sight test I felt very dissappointed at the overall experience as i have an eyesight problem and need to be aware of any changes. Overall a poor provision of this service. David Pickard i registered my name on my email address and the survey came to my wife's email address, all pretty useless
