It was irritating to me that although an ongoing customer I had to spend 10 minutes going through all my information again - where I worked, family history etc .. then on the final dot test the guy asked how I would like to pay? When it was free under the contact lens scheme.. the staff are friendly but you need to get the information on the customer correct so you're not duplicating it .. thanks maggie
