Good about the care was what I should do to help with the dry eyes and that's contact lenses aren't suitable for now. What could be improved - some staff 's customer service could improve. I was late by 10 minutes due to heavy traffic and one arriving said I was bit late for my appt. look given by the staff was very unprofessional. To than be told I was let so couldn't be seen and to rearrange to another time. Meant having to come back the same day for the appt. it's ok for Boots to keep customer waiting if they running late but not acceptable and turning customer away if they late.
