I enjoy the process of the tests. The optometrist was superb in her manner and explanations and I had no need to have her tell me her name - it was available from her certification displayed prominently on a wall - we got on just fine. As I was passed last into the care of a trainee to do the peripheral vision test, I didn't get to thank her - that would be my single criticism.

So far my experience has been excellent. However I have not received my new glasses yet and my overall satisfaction level very much depends on whether or not I have any problems with the glasses. So I think to ask this question at this juncture is premature.
