I was taken on time, they were all very helpful and my Optometrist was especially informative and attentive, easy to speak to. I found it difficult to find Boots as there is two Boots Opticians in Inverness on the same Street and I went to the one I usually go to but it seems I had booked in to the other one, but they had access to my original visits, also the sign on the shop is very small I needed someone to point it out to me.
