I was really impressed with the level of service during my appointment, however I feel the after sales service has not been as good. I am a loyal customer to Boots Opticians and travelled 120 miles from the North Highlands for my appointment. I spent £210 on a new pair of glasses. I received a phone call on Friday to say they were in store but could not be posted out to me until the middle of next week as the branch were waiting on a delivery of stamps. This is ludicrous.

I was ervous before my appointment but the staff at the front desk where very friendly which curbed my anxiety. The option Shona Pringle was very professional and I left feeling great as everything was explained to me.
