Spoke about some concerns with the optometrist and was advised my symptoms were unusual but no explanation or reassurance was given. Was then advised that previous Optometrist had advised changing lenses to those designed for astigmatism: I was not made aware of this at previous consultations Whilst the Optometrist seemed proficient he gave one word answers to all of my questions and was very 'stand offish.' I have been attending the Boots High street Inverness branch for upwards of 15 years and have never had these concerns before.
