Fantastic appointment. Great efficient service. Very happy until I put 'boots protect plus blue' into Google and found that many claims made to me about the blue light protection have been explicitly banned by the ASA months ago, yet were made to me in person just a few days ago by Boots. I no longer trust Boots as a brand. Companies often dismiss such incidents as being 'one rogue agent', but I have no doubt the employee concerned did not personally intend to mislead me. Such things only happen because senior management let them.
