The staff were all friendly and helpful and the optometrist, Shona, was excellent! She carried out a very full eye test while putting me totally at ease and constantly explained what she was doing and why. I would give her 10 out of 10 for everything...she is a real asset to Boots Opticians in Inverness. The staff member who helped me choose frames was also excellent, but I do not know her name.
