I Rang Boots on Friday Morning about my glasses which had broken mid- frame, I made an appointment for Saturday 20/05/17 as early as possible,just by chance I called in Friday at 4 Pm to check on availability on a new frame and there were none in stock, I left my glasses at the shop and was told Monday was the earliest for pick up, Saturday morning I was stunned, 9.30 I got a call to say they were read. Found the optician and staff very friendly and thorough and had plenty of time to explain my options, i didnt feel rushed as you do with some other high Street opticians and would highly recommend Boots Opticians

Everyone was very friendly and answered all of my questions without hesitation and in a clear, comprehensive way which was easy to understand. The optometrist gave me all the options I asked for and explained everything to me. Absolute 10/10, optometrist and the people at the desk were brilliant!

Great service by all staff 3 weeks in a row. Ravi explained everything he was about to do and why, which kept me at ease. Kelly was brilliant at showing me how to take my lenses in and out (and very patient!) and the other girls who helped me set up my payments etc. All of the staff were friendly and happily answered all of my questions, thank you!
